Most people are looking for the "new" strategy and secret technique and spend hours on fitness blogs trying to figure out what works best.

I guarantee you he will not be trying to upsell you into buying the next stage (Where you really learn the secrets and or you get unlimited access to the guru along with the hundreds or thousands of others who bought the same thing.)  

All strategies or methods used in RE have been around for hundreds and some thousands of years, yet the guru tells you it's new, the big secret, how to or they add some twist to an old idea, smoke and mirrors.

My secret weapon is to always take action immediately and be as effectively as possible.
