But people keep finding it and BP keeps plugging it and I am just so freaking tired of people pointing to it as authoritative because it's something they want to believe.Don't give in to confirmation bias.  

I have a primary residence but am tired of L.A. and have been narrowing where I want to move.

In many cases...not all...... the landlord was tired of dealing with them..... hassle, needy, late on rent, destroying the unit etc etc..... they got sick of dealing with the tenants and the unit and wanted to cash out and move on.

I do a lot of SEC 8 and wrote a blog on the perceptions vs realities because I got so tired of typing it over and over every time someone asked.  

I got tired of trying to analyze them separately so I added them together. 

Atleast they are open to the idea , most are not unless they are tired burnt out landlords trying to dump their portfolio.

Most plumbers do free estimates and Its a waste of time having us out if you are going to tire kick for a sub 10k job.

I have been on BP for a while now and am tired of sitting on the sidelines while everybody else is making the lives they want! 

one van has a smashed front end and blown out tire sitting next to the van and another truck that doesn't look road-worthy one car has sat across the street now for months that has not moved and a broken down washer on the side of the house also people are living in a trailer in the back yard.
