Also when using the flexible never us that plastic stuff, I'm not even sure why they sell that but it is also a fire hazard and inspectors will call you out on that every time.

Side note, the little plastic spacers make the job go much faster by maintaining proper and uniform spacing between the tile.Good luck and I'm sure the tile will look great

True divided lite windows would look OK, but the fake kind with the plastic grid between the glass - that is on the way out.
