Also, an NDA should not seek to prevent a disclosure demanded by law, for example, an NDA to prevent a person from reporting a crime which the person is legally obligated to report will not be enforceable.The scope, duration and restrictions in the NDA must be reasonable.

If often more that they are abandanoning the property to the government because there is some type of constraint, i.e. there is a street light oddly placed in the middle front part of the parcel, there is a creek or wash (which means environmental permits would be needed), there is lack of true legal access, zoning problems, etc.

I love it because there are no zoning restrictions in Sequatchie county (as opposed to Hamilton), so I didn't have to seek approval for that.
