We put it back together with zoned HVAC, new systems and a modern kitchen.If done again, the acquisition must be very low, plans for the contractors' bids to grow, room in the budget for cost over-runs and a disposition price that includes a profit.

Of course, with a little creativity, even a condo owner can make the place feel rustic and “cabin-y”.We occasionally have an owner-client want to move away from these things and to transition to a more modern, minimalist look, currently all the rage. 

People are paying $700 per night in some parts just for the seclusion, a view, and modern comforts in a camp setting.  

Does any body have recommendations for appliances where to get them for a flip, obviously want it to look modern and good for new buyers however is Lowe’s and Home Depot my only options or is there other places I should be looking?

Why not buy an existing building and just take it from outdated to modern.

I rent SOME of my homes to people without modern verifiable credit and background (read: undocumented residents or recent immigrants). 

I've also asked about making use of the existing well/septic, although I anticipate on simply replacing same with the new construction.Our counties aren't very modern -- while tax info is available online, I still have to go to the courthouse to research any other liens/judgements against the current owner to see if there are hidden claims to the property.  

The space is actually very nice and modern.
