My name is Elijah jay Dangerfield and I am also new to real estate and using wholesaling to build initial capitol in the middle Tn area.One of my major focuses is networking with other investors on BP, so I send out a lot of those colleague requests in attempt to grab someone a coffee and pick their brain/establish a new connection.One of the things that has helped me get more responses is to scroll to the bottom of the profile and see the last time they were "active" on BP.

For obvious reasons they are very heavy on the marketing...Second observation: What makes the independently owned inventory even harder to find is the fact that apartment complexes SPAM the living F* out of craigslist, so you need to scroll down many pages to even find a few unique listings.In between all this spam it becomes harder for tenants to use Craigslist to find a place to live.

If you're looking to connect with other BP members in the area, go to the Real Estate Events and Happenings area of the site and make sure you scroll down to the map which looks like this:I make sure to enter my ZIP code, choose that I want to see future events, and usually put in a a 25 mile radius to see what's happening near me.
