I'd say start the process of securing your HELOC if you havn't done so and spend time analyzing deals and determining what type of investor you are looking to be. 

I would have been told by someone about index services (with correct hours) before spending $40 in postage to overnight something to Springfield.Hope my experience helps a fellow investor.

Most investors are unable and most spend unnecessarily on entity creation and asset protection at the direction of alarmist asset protection firms for the incorrect reasons.

Working with the city to find a solution.There is a similar situation near me where an investor bought a short term rental house, rehabbed it, ran it for a while, and then got in trouble with the town after a neighbor complained and the town said short term rentals weren't allowed in the community.
