As you may recall, I have some tenants moving out that cooked extensive Indian food which tends to linger a bit more due to all the amazing yummy spices.Can you recommend a good carpet cleaner and maybe the same or separate company to give the house that new house smell?

. #2 they're not the one's with all their belongings in a truck headed to another city.It's about avoidable delays in the loan process, whether it be thru Bank of America or ABC Mortgage Lender, that could have a costly impact on the "Consumer/ Borrower" by simply doing a simple round up or down of a few bucks.

There is a nice mid 2000 dodge truck in the driveway and a new husq zero turn mower in the garage. 6. 4 bed 1 bath and 2300sq feet.

One truck will fit about 10 cyd.

food all free was off the charts good.people have all sorts of amenities who work there you would never have to buy food  at least during the week breakfast lunch dinner snacks.. its also like a nice resort and spa... what a place.

Amongst friends and living in a community with more personal space, diverse economy, access to travel (roads / airports) and strong local culture (food / entertainment / socialization).

So I bought nails, three 8′ board on board fences, and rented a home depot truck for $200.

Do not waste money on a shed (at this current house) and use the money to invest in an inexpensive truck and tow equipment from house to house? 

Notes done right do not have expenses in 20 years you will need to replace all major systems in that rental to have any value.just food for thought..
