Has anyone had any experience with repurposing RV parks into Tiny Home villages?  

I am in Incline Village with a  STR condo and I feel like a sitting duck just waiting to be picked off.  

Is the 10k minimum fact or fiction?

We are walking distance to village which I believe is a positive for us.

I  currently own two buy and hold rentals, one in Lenox Village and one in Hardison Hills in Franklin that I bought as new construction 12 years ago.

You'll do well in these smaller (mid-sized), underserved villages.

I try and stay in the East english village area, harperwoods, grossepointe.

Most villages go after life safety issues.
