I agree we are quite active in the space.

The insured sued the insurer, and the trial court agreed with the insurer and dismissed the insured's complaint. 

Also, I agree with organic growth, we get some inbound leads and referrals and have a high conversation rate closing them, and they've been great clients so far.

@Sanjay Bhagat, I am all for chasing returns, and if that is the goal, then I agree with you that real estate in general and syndications, specifically, are not worth it.  

@Patti Robertson I agree, however in Oregon if a tenant is doing anything to cause mice then they would be responsible for the bill.
