In regards to demand demographics, yeah I think you'd be targeting a different group, and supply/demand has to be looked at closer. 

Also, Ive bought office supplies, went out to eat with contractors, and more, should I be using a business credit card? 

Have that agent you are working with supply the inspector and/or the contractor too.
