I have been reading a lot about flipping vacant land and while reading through blogs or listening to podcasts, I have heard it multiple times that some counties offer a free information on the delinquent taxes, but it sound like it is more of a task to get this information than using agentpro247 or paying for the county list. 

Being in the marijuana business, or renting facilities to those that are seems to be an incredibly risky business plan when we have an Attorney General who is vehemently anti-marijuana. 

keep in mind lenders and mentors don't magically appear since you paid 25k.. you can find lenders in your local market just google them.. not saying you could not get some value I am not anti paid coaching but these vegas events tend to be pitch fest with up sell at every turn

You can meet lots of like minded helpful people there ( not like gurus where sell you dreams but don’t teach you any actionable task)

Issue with PM - If you list more than one property you get PM or special designation on the site so people know they are dealing with a "professional"issue with vetting owners - We use Task Rabbit for properties that are far away to take pictures of the property and to gather personal information and paperwork.
