Buy 2 separate dump houses make one of them rentable while living in it and rent the other and then swap them out and do the same thing to the other.Any input would be appreciated!

If he is, then he lied to you and never had the intent or ability to close on your property as promised; after it falls out of escrow you can put the property back on the market and probably sell it for more money, maybe even to John and Jane Dough that he tried to swap in, who were your real buyers all along anyhow.

I found a manufactured home with the land in my community for $85k no HVAC only swap cooler.

Probably know but that fridge - you can reverse the swing of the door - about 10 minutes hinge swap sides and handle remounts to other side.

Low-cost fixes include swapping out bathroom fixtures (anything gold needs to go lol), backsplash, mulch & light landscaping, fixing the fence, etc.

I think we should swap places for a few weeks!  

My partner is licensed in Georgia and Ohio and has a degree in real estate economics so he handles all market analysis but I'd love to meet up in person with you myself and swap stories, goals and meet someone with similar goals. 

I had another used stove available, did a quick clean, tested that it worked, and swapped it out.
