That's functionally a bloated single family cost applied to each unit!

Pay of $25-30/hr goes a lot farther there than here, in CO.Basically I am trying to figure out if I should try to "make it" in the market here, I don't know well, with no W2 income right now, but where I own a SFH with about 25k in equity, or move back to where Im from and know some people and know this one part of town really well.I did move for a reason and if I had my choice, Id keep the house here in Colorado and just visit Ohio occasionally. 

Occasionally there is reasoning beyond the element of security from unwanted external sources coming inside, such as that of a child that may be prone to fleeing.

Usually (at least in TX) someone can't get adverse possession just by parking a car in a neighbor's driveway occasionally.

I’ve mostly looked in the Anchorage and Fairbanks areas but occasionally I’ll get curious and look up some of the “really good markets” noted for having good appreciation and cash flow often mentioned here, like Columbus, KC, Austin, etc. i think every time I’ve ever searched Zillow for 2-4 unit rentals in those markets I’ve only ever received 0 results or, results where they’re $1M+ with very poor rental income relative to the price.

She works as a photographer and is away from LA for shoots occasionally.

There's a good chance a lot will be old phone numbers, but usually, 1 of them is their phone number occasionally though you just can't find their phone number after all that work.

There was a group that occasionally met in Gainesville that was hosted by a Realtor there.
