I'm interested in checking out a turn key company to invest in Nashville as I currently live a few states away.

As you can imagine, the cost of living is substantially less in Nashville than Los Angeles, allowing me to save more money.After about 18 months of living in Nashville, I closed on my first property in Nashville — a home on Alice Street (zip 37218) — that I bought with a combination of my money and a hard money loan from my father.  

Working on a rehab project in Downtown Nashville and having a bit of trouble coming up with an HVAC solution. 

Considering you are posting in the MFR form, I think that a good starting point would be to get some sort of education for your friend.perhaps get her to start reading a book, listening to podcasts and even attending a multifamily seminar / event There is a good one coming up in Nashville in October, it is by the Wheelbarrow Profit team @Jake Stenziano and @Gino Barbaro .

Looking to provide syndicators value with sweat equity and hard work. Also with time and knowledge. I am looking to learn all facets of the process that goes into being a syndicator and would love to learn from my BP ...

And ya Indianapolis actually has been on my radar as well as the Memphis/Nashville area because of the cash flow potential, but I just wanted to make sure before I move my life there.

When Nashville dried up, I did the same thing.

I'd recommend looking into Clarksville, TN.We're about an hour outside Nashville but home prices are more affordable so a lot of people commute from Clarksville.

I live in Atlanta and am looking to split time in Nashville.
