I've been a Realtor 16 years and I can tell you, if you're honest upfront, it helps tremendously to find the best finance option for you. 

WS, at least the indexes, have also climbed tremendously for several years ('16 up, '17 up, '18 flatish, '19 up).Anecdotally, both parts of my portfolio are up, but I have done much better investing in RE (always as a LP in MF) than in WS overall.  

From my experience (I took it online) taking the course online offers tremendous time flexibility if that’s what you’re looking for but from what I’ve heard taking the classes in person can offer some great networking opportunities with like minded individuals.

A CPA's fees internalize many factors, which include but are not limited to knowledge level, timeliness of communication, network referrals, ability to execute, and proprietary knowledge and strategies that are brought to the table.Outside of that, we have tremendous professional liability depending on the specific service. 

With that being said, following the advice on here has helped us tremendously on setting up the rental and most importantly, find good tenants. its been 2 whole months and I'm happy to report that the tenants have been great.
