We did this for each guest room at our B&Bs and it helped tremendously.

If it escalates, they can step in and mediate if needed.

They're pressuring their investor-clients to pay for their sins with change orders and/or escalations, or escalations disguised as change orders.

If it works, the cashflow is tremendous.

I have seen a tremendous difference in terms of how my property performs now.
