I think it would fit my situation perfectly  We're working on our MI State license and should have it up and running in a couple months.

We put back most of the money back into our business, as the cost of living for me is covered by the student rentals.

@Mitch Conrad I'm only thinking of escrow so the senior will have peace of mind that I'm not going to run off with the money.

My mother originally agreed for me to refi some money out of the equity of a house we co own but then she changed my mind after I signed the contract on the guesthouse.
