I see this as a liability issue AND i'd assume it will kill the lawn beneath it.

People don't talk about "living beneath your means" because its not sexy, but thats a key step towards building wealth.

I'd look for cracking drywall upstairs and in the ceiling and walls beneath the affected areas.
