There's a number of large developments in the works that will continue to reshape the University City and Center City neighborhoods.

The main unit has 3 beds and 2 bath (defiantely needs some reshaping to the room and bathroom).

Just like a business plan, reshape for your next chapter and get the Mrs involved on the matter. 

The wall texture also has to go so I would refinish to smooth or a light sand texture.You will also need to finish the exterior out after reshaping and positioning the window, plus paint.This will bring you the highest rental rate and the best resale value (or refinance value).

Clearly claiming the power to reshape the rules that govern reality (economic & otherwise) is highly dangerous and can only be entrusted in your “highly capable” hands.

If you find out that this is not the case for this property and your long term goal is to completely reshape the property to the point where there is no visual remembrance of how it once was, I say move forward with the purchase.
