Will this hinder my rental opportunities significantly?

The land trust, it's a good way to avoid probate and hinder a bit the attorney research.Regardless, per my discussion with the insurance underwriter (Allstate), based on the number of properties I have, their current use, and my involvement managing them, my current situationdoes not create a condition where it pushes me to the "business" category and I do not need commercial insurance.

These modifications hinder the ability of the lender to easily sell it as a residential home if they were to have to take the property back.

I know a lien or unexpected issue could hinder selling the property quickly or add additional costs.

Btw I worked all through undergrad so that is only 4 years debt I reference ;)But back to original post- I agree to only put 1 name on the loan- that's what we did, and my massive debt never hindered the process...

Some did good but few had bad luck with tenants/vacancy/ or other emergency that hindered with mortgage payments and had their properties go into short sale or foreclosure even with a decent paying full time job.

Does anyone have any experience with a ROW and have you found it to hinder a sale?
