Here’s the Real Secret: Sellers want to feel understood, not sold to.

I'm an investor and speculator, I've invested in businesses, real estate. notes, commodities, and anything else where I feel I am able to generate above average risk adjusted returns.  

But on this specific guy, I jumped on a call to explore the program and it was a high pressure sales call, it did not feel organic, not trustworthy and certainly did not feel the right fit.Why would someone spend 10k on a so niched-down space of real estate when they can get someone for the same amount to teach him/her everything?  

Or did you really feel that could honestly happen?

A strong labor market gives the Fed confidence to keep rates higher, while an increase in claims could pressure them to pivot sooner.Last week, jobless claims came in at 218,000, slightly below expectations.

Who else do I need to confidently manage remotely?

Some days I feel confident and then other days I'm worried about a ton of things like (what if I get ripped off).

Not alot of confidence in any existing rentals as consistent indciators but I feel like so many homes are 1/2 rentals and don't tell the whole story.Anyone have any insight into the Cashiers/Highlands/Sapphire/Lake Toxaway markets to share?
