Eventually it might not exist if we don't reinvest in our local future.It just seems to me that it’s more rewarding to build a business as a local in a town, where the locals all know each other, and together we can revitalize the physical spaces but also build deeper bonds between neighbors and be proud of the community we live in and participate in making it thrive.

Have you considered starting with a market that has strong rental demand and landlord-friendly laws?

The dream for me is to eventually free up my time and have enough income from real estate to be able to pay for my music projects, travel, etc. 

I'm starting a property management company and I'm curious to know how people have marketed themselves online.

Any suggestions on how to get started, some risks to be aware of?

Eventually they will build out a system or understand the value of a good PM company and what to ask, look for and keep an eye on. 

I have a lot to learn and plan for so this is a great start.

We want to do this transaction so we can upgrade our living space, have another rental (our existing house), and eventually rent out the new house (his house) after we grow out of it.
