These funds usually come from the seller (or some other source) as a financial incentive to induce someone to buy their property.

I'm not looking for a drunken stumble-bum type handyman.

I didnt even have enough time to really consider the build potential let alone try to fine potential partners/money lenders.To be honest I was pretty bummed.

So I'm a little bummed I didn't get to do my first flip, but I'm happy that I was able to control the deal and make sure the house will eventually go to a homeowner instead of a renter.

Shelter is one of the basic human needs, hardwired way down in the lizard brainstem.You're showing up after years of allowing him to feed his innate tendency to believe that your place is his permanent home for many years, and at some point you're going to present him with the panic-inducing proposition that this is the end of his housing security -- you're not going to be renewing the lease.Ideally, he'll get over it.

And in order to post said advertisements (blind person could see it was simply a request for help and mentorship without being a bum or bringing nothing to the table) i was told i need to pay to play.

and they are bound to be bummed out and fail at some point.. or maybe just say hey this did not work I don't like it and chuck it.. 

The one this morning  is just a discussion and owners won't be allowed to speak up.I'm mostly bummed because I was hoping for a 1000% return on that tent in my garage.  ;-)

So bummed not prepared.  

But, all it takes is one grumpy old man to say he was induced to open the envelope and coered to sell his house to a government official.
