When I asked “why” he simply replied; “You didn’t thank me, so I took it back.”From that day forward, I was always the first of my siblings to say, “Dad, thanks for taking us to Dairy Queen, dropping us at the movie theater, taking us to football practice, and thanks for not getting angry when we were teaching our youngest brother how to drown in the bathtub.”  

We didn't have a final walk-through because he left town (he won't be moving across the street for a few weeks).In addition to leaving a big ugly mess (including rocks and turtle crap in the bathtub, which i mention only because it's original) and leaving behind huge furniture in this third-floor apartment, there are two much bigger deals:1) I believe he has sabotaged the plumbing.

I planned on doing tile in the bathtub/shower anyways, but wasn’t planning on it now.

One of the condos I own had sent a letter to owners indicating that some units have had leaks coming from the bathtub's faulty diverter valves (likely due to poor pieces from the developer) and it recommended all owners should change them as if leaks occur they would be held responsible for any damage to the building and other units.I spoke to my plumber who had a look and said that the diverter valves are inside the walls which are inside my unit and the other units that he has fixed in the same building were all held responsible for going into the walls and fixing the plumbing.

Other problems seen were the master bath tub caulk needs repaired/replaced, (and will be), a window screen is out of a bedroom, and a couple of closet door guides need replaced.

Someone broke off the plastic over flow on the bath tub on their way out the door.

The bathtub in my rental unit is stained from some smart *** burning documents in it, so I have these brown/yellowish burn stains, does anyone know how I can go about fixing this without changing the tub or installing some kind of liner?

More interest is being given to fancy but functional bathrooms such as heated floors, jacuzzi bathtubs, access to phone, tv, music and laptops as well!
