If I were the third floor tenant, I would not want incense  or scented candles coming into my apartment, either, as I am very sensitive to smell, but taking it to the level of threatening  a discrimination suit due to allergies is a huge red flag that you should take seriously.

I've been using the expensive ones as kids has allergy. my question is what kind of filter do you use for rental. expensive ones that requires less replacement, or by case of cheap ones and replace often. also, is it fair to ask the tenant to replace say every month?

I figured allergies but told her to ask to see the nurse if she felt any worst and sent in a note to that effect.Then I thought of applying for PeachCare coverage.. we had some company coverage in AZ, but the main source of commissions is a Colorado company so not much coverage here we paid as we go to Dr.s.Now the Stimpack received more funding and expanded coverage for Schipps ( children medical) Right so far?
