The lower price ranges are on fire and with lending becoming easier to obtain on condos and hoa's in litigation I would expect those to continue to sell quickly and for top dollar.Hope this is helpful.For sure you Vegas guys have a better grasp on these tea leaves.

Degrees are great and college is great, don't get me wrong, but it is not everyone's cup of tea. 

My doctor helped wean me off the sleeping pills through a series of exercise, better diet, a reduction in alcohol and some natural sleep aids which include melatonin and Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea, of all things, which includes valerian, chamomile and other herbs that promote sleep.For the first time in 15-20 years, I'm sleeping a full 7-8 hours a night, with no aid.  

I see your points.One of the things you might be running into is that the IRS's budget was slashed dramatically after the whole Tea Party/Non Profit debacle a few years back.  

For me personally I love projects and repairing things so flipping is what I love but for others they love finding the property and working to wholesale it, not my cup of tea.
