When I say laughed, I mean they bellowed laughters that echoed off the hallway walls.

It was less than a week from their arrival and the subsequent laughter from co-workers at the fact that I had the audacity to call myself a real estate investor that these cards paid dividends on the $15 Vistaprint investment.

I hear lots of noise and laughter.  

I LOL'd when I realized this was an April Fool's prank.But my laughter quickly turned into uncontrollable wailing as I realized that once again, I'll probably have a better luck finding an A-class property that meets the 4% rule, with appreciation using no money down in Detroit than I will of finding my true love!

I literally couldnt get more then 15 seconds into your rant before I nearly pissed myself in laughter!
