The days you are not busy doing real estate stuff you should plan on being at a kids ball game, a pancake breakfast at the local Lions club, a school play that you donated $50 for, getting your car washed at a local fundraiser by the soccer team, volunteering at a local chicken BBQ, taking your dog to agility classes and meeting people etc etc.

I might just coordinate my own and throw a grilled cheese party. 

Even when you just over see the property you need to keep stocked on tp, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices, cleaning up the grill, etc.

@Josh July I think Operation BBQ was rolling out to there again, another way to donate both time or funds.Summary of their charity - they go to these devastated areas and cook BBQ for those in need, first responders etc.

But here's you, with the part on backorder, the tenant frying up a mess of pancakes on a propane camping burner in the living room and barbecuing chicken nuggets on skewers over a makeshift charcoal grill in the bathroom sink (with the vent fan on, of course).So get that range changed tomorrow with a new or used range without a glass top.

All three units are 4-bed, 4-bath three-storey houses with small own yards, garages and a common area for BBQ.

(There's a local BBQ place that bought LED lamps the day they came out, and they are all much higher color temperature than 3000 K. 

I host the Salt Lake REIA downtown luncheon on the third Friday of every month at Legends Sports Grill on 200 West and 700 South.

One couple threw their reception BBQ on the same property & the evening bonfire. 

We also host a breakfast network event on the morning of the 3rd Thursday at the Sunrise Grill from 6:15 AM to whenever folks leave.
