The IRS mailing address and LLC Registered Agent address do not need to match. - LLC mail: List your RI Registered Agent's address in #2 of the Articles of Organization.

Regarding the laminate, you can usually find a color match pen/marker used to repair scratches.

For future reference though you can always try to make the closings match up sale-purchase using contingencies in your contracts.  

Also, ask for references from landlords currently using their services and see if the hype matches reality.I'd like to know what you find out!
