Hi Everyone,I'm based in CA and will be buying an investment property in MA/NH/RI in the next 6 months.

There are plenty of things you can do in California with or without money. 

I'm familiar with the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas so that's where I'd like to start.Vegas would be nice for its proximity to my current location.Los Angeles/Southern California as a long, long-term ownership goal would be great because I just flat-out don't want to live anywhere else. 

Most of my buyers are in states like CA, NY, CT, MA, UT and buy homes every month in Florida.

While I’m based in California, I’m looking to begin house hacking a duplex, triplex, or quadplex in Houston, Texas, and build from there.I’m looking forward to continuing to learn, becoming a property owner, and taking full control of my time and life to eventually quit my 9-to-5.
