@Amy Beth This house is walking distance from one of several universities/colleges in the town.

I still think the area is really great, good companies, public schools, universities, etc. 

I graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT) in May 2018 with a BBA in Finance, and I started my first full-time job as a commercial credit analyst in June.

The new California State University potentially coming to Stockton is a wildcard and where it could be located. 

______________________My post _____________________________________________I own a 3/1 ranch house 1 block from Rowan University (Glassboro) It is a completely different market than Northern NJ (where I live).

I am in a college and airforce base town, this house within walking distance to a university.

I went to elementary, middle and high school in the DFW area and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Advertising.My mom, brother, sister, dad, niece and nephew all still live in the DFW area and I visit them as often as I can and usually spend Christmas in DFW.

If she does, I just bought a tri-plex near the university and she could live there rent free.

I work on Wall Street, commute 3 hours a day and still have managed to grow a successful (and frankly exploding in growth) student rental property management business at Rutgers University on the side.  

I've been interested in Zanesville for awhile, mainly because of the university and hospital that are located in a good part of town.
