Due to the nature of the STR property criteria in Cape Coral, it's very rare that a STR could be converted to a successful LTR.

So you will naturally see more of those higher-priced homes in those markets.

Just last month, from what I read in the Wall Street Journal, there’s been a growing interest in these more under-the-radar markets.. places like Casper that might not scream top-of-the-charts popularity, but quietly attract buyers who appreciate untapped potential.

It would totally help me ramp up my portfolio and grow much faster if I could put 3.5-5% down as opposed to 20%.

Or build up enough equity to dump properties and get into multi family or something of that nature.
