I spent some time today scrolling through many of the local agents info pages looking to see what they are doing.

As an experiment, on Jacksonville (without selecting a zip code) scroll down to the bottom of the overview tab and see what it says under "Professional Hosts".

On the link, if you scroll through the pictures it shows each state that requires this type.  

When prospective tenants are scrolling through listings, they may skip over yours because it seems priced way too high for the area.

When someone calls they get transferred to a follow up list if they’re are a prospect not a suspect.Only scrolling through parcels in neighborhoods I’d like  to invest in means I shouldn’t be missing any properties.As for the time, yes it is time consuming.

(I couldn't make the numbers on the bullets not change themselves and now I can't scroll up to clean it all up.

Just enter the address in, scroll down to "Price / Tax History", and you can see it there. 

The "low end" is basically nothing but pictures with a nice camera (or iPhone these days) and posting the kitchen first, letting people scroll through, etc.
