Hey @Tori Trent In Colorado Springs, we also have a couple of other strategies that work well besides just standard duplexes.

Our current rental was our primary that we held onto to rent and moved into a new primary.Both of our houses are in Teller county just outside of Colorado Springs.

Larger amounts you would be the sole lender and the sole bene so your secured and your HML is taking the points for their fees.In CA you can do fractionalized loans were the Bene's are actually co beneficiaries with secured interest on the loan..

My question is, would I need a co-singer for this loan?

Kitchens need exhaust fans too or you get unhealthy air recirculated from cooking,  We will be using an eco-dashboard that monitors indoor air pollution like C02,Carbon Monoxide (CO)Nitrogen dioxide and Sulfur dioxide are part of qualifying for the new healthy homes loan program that HUD and EPA run.

Hi Marc,I target anyone looking for a stay between 30-6 months depending on the location (I have some in FL and CO that I do MTR in).
