They yield results, but I understand a lot of other people have jobs where they cannot spend so much time on their listings. 

What you need to do is figure out what the set backs are that are required, and see what you can do.

If you don't have a key, change the doorknob to an appropriate interior knob that doesn't require a key.I provide my tenants with keys to all doors.

Being the military, it had that definite institutional overtone to it, but the basic premise was the same.I recently toured a new senior's complex in which on end - for those who were still relatively self sufficient - had individual units (bedroom, sitting room / kitchenette ... effectively a bachelor apartment but without a full kitchen) clustered together in groups of 4 with their own common room / kitchen and courtyard.On the other side of the complex were units for those who required more assisted living.

That does not require employment or job seasoning instead it uses the rents to qualify and you can take out up to 80% LTV cash.Use the cash to put down on the next 1-2 or more properties as long as the other properties are debt servicing themselves it opens up more opportuities to buy more future assets and increase your passice income.  

The city may require more off-street parking as well.

If you can find practice tests, that is my recommendation - that is what I did after taking the required time component and did not have any issues passing the test. 

It is not something that you can access immediately, like same day.It usually requires 2 Business days to process loan request.
