It seems like 2020 was the golden touch year, which is ironic as everything else was like a living nightmare.

How ironic was I literally just saw they dropped the largest complex in the area $500,000 and its contingent then I come across your post not 5 minutes later.

A $2200. cast iron radiator would have to be about 30' long.                   

Meth I've seen apartment buildings where they stole the counter weights from the windows.The value of scrap cast iron I think is about 4 cents per pound. 

Sorry to not have better news, but stick with the numbers, be patient and have cash ready to deploy and strike when the iron is hot, so to speak

I think i've got it together now and I should be able to iron out all the details for that process Wednesday. 2 had some weird title situation going on where the actual owner of the house didn't actually know it someone was trying to sell it.

Also I advise you USE a management company and not self operate as it’s a lot of work and details to iron out.

I'm a man that values structure and stability so eventually I would like to set up an LLC for my real estate business. ideally I'd like to have a series of LLCs - ironically called a Series LLC (du bum tss) - so I'm glad that Ohio finally acknowledges the usage of the Series LLC...but when is the best time to set all of that up?
