My college degree is in architecture so, real estate is in my blood. :)And I strongly believe that without successful and systematized marketing, businesses will have extremely hard time growing in today's world.

And no, it's not a scam.There is a whole section of this forum devoted to it.If you hang around this forum, you will meet people who make theirlivings buying and selling notes, buying buildings for next to nothingdown and then renting them out, etc.There is no degree needed for any of this.

But this is generally directed at bringing businesses with employees into the area and to a small degree, owner-occupy buyers, like police, nurses and teachers.

These deals all have varying degrees of equity (flip, lease purchase opportunities), and are already under contract with assignment rights (little competition to those who can act quick) when they are introduced to me.

Least I have a degree to fall back on :D .but I digress...Thanks for the info--very enlightening!
