My husband often ended up in Minot while driving truck out there.

Once you run the numbers it becomes a lot easier to just load it all into a truck and take it to donate or to the recycling center/dump. 

We just receive one paycheck with all allowances including food, housing, flight pay, any other incentive pay etc.  

Anyways I was thinking of becoming a truck driver after I get my associates degree and using that income to qualify so that I can finally buy a fourplex and do some house hacking.

Would you rent a unit to a truck driver with 3x rent income but has a collection and missed some payment for his student loan and is going through a divorce?

Going down Midwest/South has similar trends.Employment is high, and at least the Downtown and food scenes are becoming slightly more bearable

As you may recall, I have some tenants moving out that cooked extensive Indian food which tends to linger a bit more due to all the amazing yummy spices.Can you recommend a good carpet cleaner and maybe the same or separate company to give the house that new house smell?
