@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.

You could also house hack and rent all the rooms out to friends, but some people would rather have their own space.

About 1/5th of the livable space would be rented out.

I gutted it and added new drywall, new light fixtures, new bathrooms, new paint, new kitchen, new furniture and new flooring and new windows.

To everyone on the wholesaling forums, understand this:Anyone who tells you to feel discouraged doesn’t belong in the wholesaling space.

For sure, don't just believe what a few luddites on BP have to say.One of the few in here who understands the space from a macro level. 

They are both paid in full and completely rehabbed from the crawl space to the rooftop.

I don't really have much to add other than I know the person mentioned, and have heard of similar feedback from others in the space. 

All you're doing is finishing space and you should be able to go through normal permitting processes to get that done.
