Just like everything else in life, get started, keep honing those skills (i.e. keep reading, keep learning, keep attending the meetups) and watch yourself get better and better witch each property you buy. 

Since the listing agents job is to get the most for the property, I am sure they would skillfully explain their dirty deed as actually being them "looking" out for the seller, trying to get more for it, etc, etc, blah blah blah.

The real estate industry has long been plagued by 1,000's & 1,000's & 1,000's of low to no skill part time agents who do a handful of deals per year.

I've been calling sellers for years, along with role playing, and going over objections honing my skills every single day.I'd love to help new wholesalers with any questions or concerns.

Deal flow in a difficult market helps hone your skill and teaches you valuable lessons as well. 

It's rare to find a realtor are skilled with seller financing.

It teaches you the basics of how to buy a property, some financial management, landlord & property management skills. 

Although I understand that corporate real estate is so different from residential, I hope that some knowledge and skills are transferable and I can turbo charge and learn fast!

My goals are to learn from everyone here on a daily basis, improve my business/referral network (I’m a realtor), connect with other members in my area who may want to partner or benefit from each other’s skill sets, & ultimately become one of the many successful investors that I’ve read about.
