i ended up going with Chemical Bank (credit union) they have now merged with TCF Credit Union and so far my experience has been neutral.

One of the individuals on my repair crew at one time has worked for one of the local termination companies, and assures me there's not a whole lot to it as long as you can find the correct chemicals to use.After research I've found what appears to work extremely well on bedbugs, including the ones that are typically resistant to 'normal' regimens.My concern now is about liability.

Also the treatment is not like that for termites where the chemical residue stays and is active for years.

Chemicals?

The major problem that we have is that our landlord also operates an appliance business in their back yard (which is super noisy and constantly smelling of chemicals and spray paint), and when we've asked for repairs, they simply send in their appliance guys who half-*** the repair job, and a month later it's broken again anyway.

Is it bleach everything and replace floors, is it some kind of chemical cleaning product like SCOE 10x on the floors and walls, ...

When looking at investment property, pet odors smell like money.I bought one of these a few years back and was prepared for chemical warfare. 

Now when you walk it there is a very strong chemical smell and we can’t pinpoint what it is.
