It would seem that collecting that information would be a great addition to the information BP provides (imagine an anonymized  database of properties and their repair and rental history over the years).

Otherwise, you'll have to use yourself (and your home address).If you're doing this in the interest of anonymity, that will work (using a lawyer) unless you're also the incorporator.
