i feel like property is abandoned but concerned as there are a whole lot of things normal people would take with them.

I am not sure if the company as a whole is cutting corners to "maximize profit," detached from the concerns of property managers, etc., but the quality of its service evinces a deep disregard for customer satisfaction.

This is basically only in 2 wards and the alderman have the ability to make zoning and land use decisions for their specific ward, but the whole thing is counterproductive.  

Catherine id highly recommend spending a full day or two consuming youtube videos that specifically go into detail about this process, theres so much to teach and writing this whole thing out would literally be a whole book.

I lived in New Hampshire for a year and I don't think my Houston humidity built body could handle any more cold lol It is beautiful up there though.

Also that syndication is a whole other beast, and while there are tremendous benefits from starting a syndication, like taxes, acquisition fees, sharing the work load, etc, the risks are that much bigger.
