With so much info being absorbed, some things seem GIANT!

Your eagerness to answer people's questions is admirable, but I think if you watch some of the conversations as they unfold, you'll learn a lot more of the technical aspects of accounting and taxation by reading and absorbing the answers from others.Most of the CPAs here have key word alerts and they will chime in on 99% of the tax related questions.  

It's a lot of info to absorb at first but what I did was set myself a time limit (6mos) for education and then committed to buying my first property.

We curtailed it once the children arrived but they definitely absorbed some of the experiences while they were growing up.  

The ability for the largest land owners to absorb costs does not prove other landlords are price-gauging jerks.

I'm not interested in paying for a service that I currently get for free from cozy.co just to marginally help my tenant's credit score (and I'm sure they aren't willing to absorb that cost either), but I'm glad to know the option exists.

Laminate flooring is like a sponge and will easily absorb water at its seems. 

I need to do more research in BRRRR, but that may be the best long term strategy if I ever want to transition to this business full time.So anyways that's my intro and how I got here please poke holes in my ideas/plans that is what I am hear for to absorb knowledge and hopefully to give some back from my few years in the mortgage industry.

If you have information on places I should look or other areas to research I would love to hear them I am trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can about the market in that area I will be relocating there in a few months and want to start investing there after I do.
