Well…Stocks are trading like the Fed already cut rates.Bonds are trading like inflation is still a big problem (and rate cuts aren’t going to happen anytime soon, ie economy is still running hot or traders have labor market concerns).Housing is trading like there are no problems.

@Samantha Kiser I’m currently getting windows, big full sized windows, that are an odd size but for some reason Lowe’s has them in stock super cheap $225 apiece.

Reason is both my brother in law and his wife made high incomes, she a banker and he a doctor, ran out of depreciation and interest deductions, deductions capped because of their income, that they want to take the money out to invest in assets that earn no income, such as stocks.

With Evolve at 10%, it's attractive, but you're still stuck with guest communications, finding the cleaner, stocking supplies, and overall general maintenance and boots-on-the-ground management of your property. 8/10 times I recommend my clients find professional management.

Just remember that you have nothing to do with how they got themselves into their current situation but unlike the stock market in credit situations past performance does predict and sometimes almost guarantee future results.
