Hello BP's:We're looking to start building our real estate portfolio, right now analyzing different market to find the right one for us.We were wondering if anybody has experience in Sherman, TX market?

It is pricey and a little hard to make the numbers in my experience, but it is a vast area (S FL in general) so I am sure there are pockets where it makes sense. 

I'm almost glad I got to experience the longer vacancy.

Also, how do you factor or account for an area/town that experiences lots of seasonal tourism, compared to the town that does not?
