I would learn as much as possible to start out with books and podcasts, but networking locally will help you tremendously as well. 

They offer tremendous benefits including assisting with the DTI of low qualifying buyers by adding in the rental income to your gross income for multi-family properties.

So this is a calculated gamble, if you think the market is going to continue to grow over the next 3 years, then even if you cashflow 0, the appreciation would be tremendous. 

@Sophia BahenaSomething that hasn’t been said, is that there can be tremendous advantages to having a network of others who are already operators in real estate.Some property management firms can be deceptive, in that they are just a self management arms of real estate developers.

The outcome is ongoing but continuously positive, as I've added tremendous face value to the property enough to close on lease agreements for all three units of the property.

My goal with these will be to add tremendous value, talk about any deals we have, go over the current market trends, and be in communication with every single one of you!

And I've eaten a tremendous amount of lost commissions because my previous brokerages either didn't know how to deal with something or just didn't want to.
