I have so many types of bills...electronic, hardcopy, monthly, quarterly, paid automatically, pay when due etc that I have holy heck trying to find a system that works for all of them.

I have been a turnkey investor myself for several years and one REI alternative to turnkey, and even more passive and lower risk via diversification I found I wrote about quite extensively: Have I Found the Holy Grail of Passive Real Estate Investing?

I dig the audio info because I am recovering (slowly) from a concussion and I try to limit screen time and reading which is hard when my 9-5 is almost all on the computer and I'm in the middle of my first 'real deal' which closes next Friday (holy ****!).
