You see, we lived in a great market that offered ample opportunity1) There are three major universities/colleges within a 5 -mile radius.

Moving back in with the folks after college is a blessing, but better if it’s a short-term thing.

Oh yeah, also there was often SOME value in their offering as many used “filler” consisting of reproductions of parts of real estate textbooks used in college classes.
